There may be a few more good names dropping today but I didn't see much value there. Here are a few I liked and I'll take a look again in the morning with a fresh mind. Make sure to check the links below.
HelpYourself.com I love this one. It will go for over a thousand but a very nice name. I may be bidding on this
LowAutoInsurance.com $14,000 valuate and high CPC of $28
CanadianBrokers.com Again nice CPC of $20. I think there are brokers in Canada, don't know much about Canada except for Michael J. Fox and Alanis Morrisette.

A Little Late But Here Are the Final Results for the Domain Name Wire (and other bloggers) Auction
By ShaneCultra - April 30, 2010 - 0 Comments
I would like to thank Andrew for putting together a great auction. He let me know up front that the point of the auction was to put up names with low reserves and we would see if they had legs from there. Fortunately, my domains had legs and I sold both of them and overall we sold $22,000 worth of domains. I thought it was a success and I look forward to doing it again. Here are the final results
beefjerky.net $2,150.00
blogtech.com$535.00
bridalwear.org$256.00
bwwp.com$104.00
c7p.com$152.00
csht.com$200.00
dearjournal.com$1,650.00
duj.net$500.00
eev.net$13,000.00

Wednesday’s Best of the “I Forgot or Didn’t Want to Renew” These Dropping Domains
By ShaneCultra - April 28, 2010 - 1 Comment
You've heard it from me a lot over the last few weeks. I'm beat. I 've been training for a marathon (this Saturday) and an Ironman (June 20th) and we're busy as hell at work. Physically rough, mentally I'm fine. On a postive note, our company had the best April in history and my domain income (non sales) is up 40% year over year in April. Adding a few more developed plant name domains added $440 to the monthly income. Peanuts to some, free money for me. Now on to the domains I like for today.
FootyClips.com By Footy I mean football. By football I mean soccer
YouFool.com For $10 i... Read More »

I Have an iMac, An iPhone, an iPad and I Still Find Myself Using My iHand As Much As Ever4
By ShaneCultra - April 27, 2010 - 1 Comment
Insert dirty joke here but I have every gadget known to man. As I run around like a chicken with my head cut off, at the end of the day I think I've used one thing more than any other to keep organized. My hand. I constantly find myself writing on my hand.
I'm busy this time of year, I mean really busy. I challenge anyone to keep up with me on a given day. It starts at 4:15 with a nice 10 mile run and then it's run run run from home to my business non-stop, until 8-9 pm every day. I eat standing up, I check emails and type on my iPad/iPhone between customers, phone calls, and even when I... Read More »

Tuesday’s Dropping Domains That Could Make You Money
By ShaneCultra - April 27, 2010 - 0 Comments
Or not. Either way, as I do each day, here are a few of domains that are dropping that I think are either great names or offer good value. I've also decided to put a few links to some of my favorite domaining or interesting post from the previous day. Here we go
Legend.net Huge name..even bigger price
PlatinumCreditCard.com Already at $2500 so not a steal anymore but the $13.19 CPC and 2000 searches give it nice value
Detangle.com As a man in a household of all women I know what detangle means. I hear the girls cursing Mom when the tangles get brushed. No bids while I was typing this... Read More »

Drop Day, The Free Dropping Domains Screener, Steps it Up
By ShaneCultra - April 26, 2010 - 3 Comments
We all love going after dropping domains. It shows in the final bids that they are some of the most sought after domains in our industry. We're all willing to pay money for domain drop analyzers and other than Patrick's GoDrops, I think I can get everything with DropDay.com now that they've added new data such as keywords. Best of all it's free. I'm not being paid to shill for godrops or drop day, I'm merely telling you it's what I use. I think DomainStryker is a good product as well but just too expensive for what you get. You get the exact same information for free at DropDay.com

Anyone Else Like 5L dot coms? Take a Look At a Few of My Favorites
By ShaneCultra - April 26, 2010 - 7 Comments
My real domain business has and always been plant names. I have coneflower.com, heucheras.com, vermicomposting.com, moderngardener.com, nurserycatalog, coleus.com, landscapemanager, and 100s more. It's how I make my real money in domaining but i DO love 5 letter dot coms. They are such great brands. Generally they don't mean anything and contrary to to 4 letter domains, can create words that are easy to say and spell. As I've said a million times before, MOST 5L ARE JUNK, but the good ones, in my opinion, are just as valuable as any CVCV.com. Here is a list of some of the names I've acquired... Read More »
