Believe it or not, don't have much to say. Nursery is busy again and training new employees to get them ready for spring. We have to train in the fall so they can train while there are still customers and aren't completely overwhelmed when spring comes. Michael Berkens doesn't have any prices on his names prior to receiving an inquiry. None. At a lunch I had with Michael and a group of domain investors, one of the guys at the table asked if he kept a spreadsheet and put ranges on his names. Answer "Nope". Until someone puts in an offer he doesn't worry about the price. The reason is simple. Its a unique name, therefore there truly are no comps and why worry about pricing until its time to sell. Sedo had weekly sales of $1.1 million this week which is a little down from the recent weeks. No blockbuster names but some solid sales. The trend I notice this past year is the names are now gravitating towards brands and less towards generics although one could argue that many of the higher priced sales are still generic.
