The Daily recap of Shane’s Auction Picks, the 21st of March 2016
Some controversy today over Sahar Sarid new domain blog, Domaining AMA. As Shane mentioned Adam Dicker is in the lineup for the first week. Obviously, after the past year, this is going to cause a lot of controversy, as I’m sure Sahar is aware. I have no problem with someone doing whatever they want on there own blog, and I am actually very interested to see how this plays out. I want Adam to come out of the dark and give some explanation about what he’s been doing, or what he was thinking.
I am not owed any money by Adam, but myself as well as numerous others, people I know and have talked to, wasted hundreds if not thousands of hours working on BS websites that never went anywhere. The worst part is that there was no communication like “hey this isn’t working, I’m going a different route”. It was complete silence with all the leadership leaving with the exception of Rick. No explanation, no apology nothing.
It seems that Frank has backed out and Sahar doesn’t seem too happy about it. We can speculate why Frank isn’t going to do an interview, but while Sahar has the right to do whatever he wants on his blog, others also have the right to not participate. Earlier today Sahar made a FB post promoting a new positive domaining community, calling on the “Trolls” of the industry to stop with all of the negativity. Trolls or not, it’s hard to feel positive about anything that is highlighting someone that has affected so many, so negatively, over the past year.
Like I said I really hope Adam does the interview because I can’t wait to hear what he has to say to the domaining community. I will take 5 to 1 odds that he doesn’t show up, if he does he gives no explanation for his actions. It’s just a guess, but why would he start now?
