NNNN.com Sales List From The Last Few Months

I used to regularly post four number dot com sales here on the blog but it got away from me for the last 6 months.  It's something I've collected myself but for some reason haven't been sharing.  As I've stated before, the reason I love NNNN.coms is the limited amount available.  There are only 10,000 to choose from and with enough sales data, it becomes much easier to build somewhat of a price guide.  This has enabled me to make some good buys because I know as well as anyone what I can sell it for.  I've also concentrated on 4 number dot com because of their price. 4.cn Brokers Sale of 55.com for $2.3 Million

If your read the recent report on DnJournal regarding the the sale of 11.com for $525,000 you now realize that NN.coms are reaching record breaking levels.  Andrew Rosener of MediaOptions, Oliver Holger, and 4.cn have become the power brokers in the numeric dot com catergory. There’s Still Gold In The Chinese Domain Market and 4.cn Is Mining It

If you read the blog you know I am fascinated with Chinese domain investors.  As a business person you are always looking for new markets.  Trying to get into markets that have high barriers to entry so that once you're in it takes a bit of work for others to follow.  The Chinese domain market is such a market for an American investor.  The barriers to entry are the language, the currency, and the difficult financial transactions.  4.cn is trying to make all of that easier and if you follow the great prices their auctions are reaching, then you hope they succeed.  Take a look at some of the prices... The Past Month’s 4 Number Dot Com Sales Results from 4.cn

If you follow the four number numeric sales then you have to be happy with the results from the last month on 4.cn.    No sales under $650 at all, establishing a new minimum.  7755.com  was the high sale at $25,530 with it's high sought after repeating numbers.
