Below is another look at a few recent domain flips and flops, with recent data courtesy of DN Journal and historical data from NameBio.


  • – Sold recently for $6,500 at Sedo, vs $3,102 in 2013 at NameJet. You can see their site below, and according to a Google translation of their Croatian language site, “Finder Winko is an ideal meeting place for supply and demand.   • – Sold recently for $4,999 at Sedo, vs $810 in August 2014 at NameJet. The domain currently redirects to, a law firm’s site.
  • – Sold recently for $6,250 by Logan Flatt, vs only $110 in 2013 at NameJet. A nice 55x return. “GoldBit provides global digital payments​ back by the security of Gold.” Screenshot below.

  • No flops to be found this week…….

Note: I didn’t do an exhaustive search of the ownership history of each domain. There are likely cases where there were multiple owners between the sales prices I list.
