DSAD.com Domain Shane’s Big List of Domains at Auction for January 4th

Escrow.com

Some interesting names again on today’s list.  If you’re trying to build a portfolio of 6N.coms then you’ll like today.  Like most people in domain investing I love reading about technology but I am pretty sick of the word “startup”.  People start businesses every day.  I guess online based businesses are just sexier so they get all the pub. Even when your business doesn’t make money and you go bankrupt and lose your investors money you’re still cool.  In the businesses I start profit is not a bonus.  Its a necessity to grow.  Its a necessity to pay back the loans.  My loans come from a regular old bank and not a guy in skinny jeans that lives in Seattle.  (not that either one of those is wrong).   I feel like I’m 100 years old the way I run my business. But if any of those angel investors wants to get involved in a new startup called Garden Centers let me know.  I think I could disrupt the town of Charleston IL . Here are today’s domains.  Click for current prices.
.
Libertarian.org   20 year old political name.  Getting the price you’d expect
.
TRVR.com  Worth taking a flyer just because of the VR for Virtual Reality. 16 years old
.
ABCDF.com   Even missing the E, is a name that Google seems to like
.
Z82.net   When you see the LNN.nets doing this well it has to make you feel good about LNN.coms
.
G83.net  Not getting quite as exciting of a price on this one
.
KTXP.com  Already over $3K.  More positive signs for LLLL.coms owners
.
RKXS.com Not doing as well as the above and I won’t pretend to know why
.
RIAM.com  Must have a meaning to get this price.  The vowels aren’t as bad as they were thought to have been but this one is too high too early to not be a word
.
70623.com  Not a zip, just a nice 5N.com
.
UKIJ.com   As an owner of lots of vowel LLLL.coms its nice to see these climbing every month.  U seems to do the best at the far left based on my countless hours of kinda looking at stuff
.
887557.com  Great patterns.  It’s all I look for anymore.  8s and patterns
.
667673.com   More great patterns. Maybe not patterns but almost all 6s and 7s
.
Here’s a group of my favorite 6N.coms of the day

.
2CC.cc  Lots of Cs for the price
.
And of course a group of LLLL.nets for the day
.
TXFY.net, YPFX, BYKS, HNRD, and QEQQ
.
888888.xxx  I’m not saying it has a lot of value.  But I’m not saying it won’t
.
Special Domain Shane ONLY Coupon…….. CODE IS DDCDS2015 – Good 30% off Discount Domain Club to get the lowest renewal prices Godaddy offers (DDC)
.
ERSS.com  18 years old.  Nice Western acronym
.
HLAN.com  Another one and this one has met reserve so it will sell
.
CUUZ.com  The double vowel in the middle LLLL.coms have always done well.  Even before the Chinese invasion.  This one is at no reserve
.
Men.info   You’ll only need a one page lander to build this thing out.  We only want food and sex.  Everything is built around those two things.

7653.net  Sedo added two NNNN.nets today at no reserve.

7857.net   I did say there were two.  Here is two
.
FOR OTHER GREAT NAMES FOR SALE MAKE SURE TO VISIT CAX.COM
.
NVL.com  Have to start the Namejet section off with a nice LLL.com.    Nashville Volleyball League
.
GardenClubs.com  I know as well as anyone that they still exist.  At least one in every town
.
HSNC.com   Western Premium.  C for Corporation.   Going to go at the top end of non pattern LLLL.coms
.
Cavar.com  Means “dig” “excavate” in Spanish.  But worth $69 just as a pronounceable 5L.com
.
PGG.net    Sell it to the famous Gamer
.
KFMJ.com   I can never decide if MJ is Michael Jordan or Michael Jackson.  I’ve always leaned towards Jordan, because of the kid thing mostly.
.
ZCD.net  ZCG.net    The streak continues to two days.  LLL.net that starts with a Z.  And they have been doing very very well
.
BuyACellphone.com  A bit long but absolutely gets the job done as a call to action to sell phones
.
Jet3.com   Makes a great brand for more than just chartering jets.  Think Namejet
.
CafeOrganic.com  Sounds like a place where the men and women both have beards
.
Muvio.com  Like this one as a 5L.com brand as well.  Hoping nobody else saw it or liked it. NOPE
.
TheOutdoors.com  Love this one. I am a bidder.  I love the outdoors, as long as its not too hot or too cold. Isn’t that neat
.

KTXP.COM apart from sounding like ketchup to me lol, has a specific reason it’s as high as it is:
    http://www.domainiq.com/domain?ktxp.com

It has an Alexa of 50k and around 4k in China and was a developed site with tons of pages, traffic and backlinks.

On a separate note, some great 6n.com at godaddy today, going to need to pay above market prices to get any of the premium by the time First et al have had their say IMO.

China stock markets have crashed and expect them to do so all week especially this Friday when the Government lifts it’s suspension of share selling for the ig boys who hold 5% or more in a stock…

The days of $2k LLLL.com will be gone by this time next week.

Interesting post… Last night I was discussing this situation with a friend in China. So just to clarify do you think the LLLL.com’s / Chips are going up or down?
      Cheers

      1. Travis M.

Can’t speak for Stu, but I believe he thinks they are going up. The thought there is that if people are pulling their money from the Chinese market, then they want to be able to park it somewhere else.

I am with Travis M on this and think Stu meant just this.

4l.net and 4l.cn have soared in price today and 4l.coms have also moved up a bit, but expect that to increase further in the coming days and weeks ahead.
