Flippa Recap: A.domains, Removable.com, New.io, Time.travel, Y.cr, Shipping.info

Jun 01 2014

Listed below are some notable domain and website sales at Flippa over the past week, as well as a few domains with bids that didn’t hit reserve.

Taking a quick look back at the Bart.com acquisition at the BIN of $5,000 from a couple weeks ago, it’s interesting to see the placeholder that’s live (shown below)…….I’m not sure if the buyer has a real product/service coming out, or if the placeholder is to defend against TM holders that would love to own the name. As mentioned previously, the buyer knows his way around domains and internet marketing.

SkinRox.com, one of the more legitimate sites I’ve seen listed but w/ a sale price that just didn’t match. Definitely left some money on the table w/ that one.
