Friday’s Daily Dropping Domains
A little better today but still not great. Godaddy has had very few good domains lately. Again it looks like people are renewing their domains more and more. Yesterday I ended with a joke and from this point on, I’ll have a joke for you each Friday. So enjoy the names and enjoy the joke. Let me know if you like it.
Bflat.com A nice music domain and a 5L.com, regged in ’97 . Certainly easy to remember and spell
iBurn.com Regged in ’98. I can think of a few nice uses. If it goes for a couple hundred dollars it would be a nice pickup
glcl.com Older 4l.com domain that has resale value.
WeddingJewelry.net I don’t know anyone that uses this term (I think the word engagement is better) but somebody is going to like it so I thought I would point it out
CollegeStudentHealthInsurance.net High CPC around $10 and plenty of searches. Just registered and dropped. Has a $3400 valuate
Ourperformer.net I think this is a great name for a product. It “out performs” all other products. Worth $60
A man walked into the produce section of his local supermarket and asked to buy half a head of lettuce. The boy working in that department told him that they only sold whole heads of lettuce. The man was insistent that the boy ask his manager about the matter.
Walking into the back room, the boy said to his manager, “Some asshole wants to buy a half a head of lettuce.” As he finished his sentence, he turned to find the man standing right behind him, so he added, “and this gentleman kindly offered to buy the other half.” The manager approved the deal and the man went on his way.
Later the manager found the boy and said “I was impressed with the way you got yourself out of that situation earlier. We like people who think on their feet here. Where are you from, son?”
“Canada, sir,” the boy replied.
“Well, why did you leave Canada?” the manager asked.
The boy said, “Sir, there’s nothing but whores and hockey players up there.”
“Really!” said the manager. “My wife is from Canada!”
The boy replied, “No shit??? Who did she play for?”
