DSAD.com: Domain Shane’s List of Domains at Auction for Friday, January 29th

Jan 29 2016

I’m sure you’ve been waiting for the past few weeks to hear how my NamesCon hamstring injury is coming along.  It turned out to be a bad tear but not off the bone.  I’ve been going to physical therapy 3 times a week since then.  I get electric stimulation and ultrasound treatments on it.  I have also since but both of those units to have at home since they work so well.  My therapist told me he cannot believe how fast I’m healing.  The bruising and swelling was some of the worst he had ever seen (and he works with the Athletes at the University of Illinois) yet seems to be coming along well.  I have virtually no pain but still feels a little tender. No running for 4 more weeks but I have already started biking and lifting weights.  All in a gradual buildup to long strong muscles and no scar tissue that could tear again.  I may actually be stronger and faster than I was before it happened.  I realized I was not getting to the “other” muscles that I don’t use when I run.  I am starting to use jump boxes, jump rope, stretch bands and leg machines.  Old doesn’t have to be a bitch if you don’t want it too Here are today’s domains. VideoProfessor.com 20 years ago. What a perfect name for online education.  Big name

TrainingWorks.com  You know this one is going to be purchased eventually by a company of this name. But will you want to hold and wait?

EESE.com   Even the vowels are good when they’re in super strong patterns

Mumbled.com  At least its a word we all know.  One bidder at $12

70452.com  The zip for Pearl City, LA   But probably more value as a regular old 5N.com

StreamQueen.com  13 years old and no bidders. Good play on words for $12

BrightWash.com  I think I took my car there to get the salt off (For all you Cali and Florida people we put salt on the roads here to melt ice)

SYGQ.com  This CHiP has a Q for Quality

SHHF.net  Most bids on the board today.  May hit 4 figures

8888762.com  I guess if you’re going to get in the 7N club you might as well get in with 4 of a kind

7UM.com  Even the CCC.coms with a vowel are worth good money now

13023.com  Another 5N.com on sale using the coupon code “hasazero”

And today’s special is brazened Chilean Sea Bass and all you can eat LLLL.nets below

ZSSW.net, YQCS.net, DBPB.net, TNMB.net, TWZN.net,

45758.com   4 at the left is better than finishing with the dreaded number

19914.com  At $500 at press time

275758.com   I put these up here mostly because I am watching this market closely. I am buying in for a few K to have some exposure to the 6N market.  I try and diversify so I have a little invested in all the markets and I am a little late to this one.  Still think it has legs. But I guess that’s obvious or I wouldn’t be a buyer here

ZN38.com  Also a buyer here for a small amount.  Got some early but need another 10 to 15 to fill my LLNN slots

A few more NL15.com, 76MB.com, 96YZ.com

717107.com  It was going so well until that zero showed up

LittleReaders.com  Worth so much more than the $30 bid.  Every kid eventually has to read.  Sometimes they have to go to “Super 2nd grade” aka repeat 2nd grade so that they can catch up to the other kids.

000481.com   Ladies and gentleman. Welcome to the bottom of the barrel.

SJDS.cc   CC Chip.  These have really moved up lately

NBGN.org  These really never took off

833638.com  Missed this on the first run.  Nice 6N

885664.com    f’n 4.   Its like Cilantro.  Ruins everything

779578.com  Found one more at the bottom of the list. These aren’t getting bids until the last day so they are staying at $12 and off my radar.    Too many bidders nowadays though. 99% of good names get found.  If you think you are finding good ones you probably aren’t

Special Domain Shane ONLY Coupon…….. CODE IS DDCDS2015 Good 30% off Discount Domain Club to get the lowest renewal prices Godaddy offers (DDC)

Visitor.org  18 years old.  Great tracking app, travel name but plenty of other uses

288763.com  A 88 anywhere in a 6N that has no 4s or zeros is a great name

AspenColorado.com Already doing well but I imagine a geo like this is going much much higher

CSYS.com  I like the pattern of this 4L.com but I hate to see the domain as the username. Means they love the domain a lot

Whisp.com  IMO deserves a lot more love than its getting. Great brand

EUT.com  Not the pretties combinations of letters but I would still let you give it to me for my birthday

QRO.com  Ditto

WeirdFood.com  So much that you can do with this site.  Get paid to eat

OutofSite.com  Out of mind. 20 years old

Improvises.com   These forms of verbs still seem to sell

YSX.net   Your daily LLL.nets

LEGA.com  The world loves CVCVs right now.  104 bidders want this as bad as you. Maybe 85.  The rest are price tracking bids

PNMF.com   F for First.  They bidder that will probably get this name

SnakeCity.com  A place that so many people would be scared to death to go

Ordeon.com  I actually like this one as a brand

27282.com   Over under $5200

969693.com  Very nice patterns and its all about flow in numerics

881266.com   88 at the front and 66 in the rear

Glad to hear you are on the mend. I sympathise with you not being able to run, I too suffered a serious injury playing football (I refuse to call it soccer) last year and spent two months on the sofa as a result. Back playing again now but it was a slog to regain full fitness.

Sounds like diversification of muscle groups use is like diversification of a domain portfolio, a little exposure builds a stronger whole.

Whilst I’m chatting away (too much coffee) I also want to say how much I’m enjoying reading the DSAD blog these days, Josh and Travis are providing great additional insight every day. Whether the market goes up, down or sideways more information is always welcome.
