Is Pagerank Calculated Different For Pre 2004 Domains? Matt Cutts says No….With a Giggle

Matt Cutts is the know all-tell all man when it comes to Google search.  In a recent video he answered this question.  As you watch the video you’ll see he gives a very definitive answer to the question but the way he giggle and sips his coffee is just enough to give the conspiracy theory people a reason to think he is hiding something.  After you watch the video what’s your take?
