Recent Domain Sales That Have Been Developed (pics): Games.Guru, Waited.com, LJM.ca, More

The screenshots below are examples of buyers of domains from the last few months that have either developed their sites, or purchased an upgrade domain and have redirected their acquisition to an existing website.

Waited.com sold for $11,350 at Sedo, and they’re developing an app they describe as follows, “Waited knows the restaurants that you’re going to love by analyzing your tastes, preferences and experiences”. It’s currently live in San Francisco.

BlueBet.com sold for $10,000 at Sedo, and the domain is an upgrade from the .com.au, which is where their acquisition is currently redirected. “Sport & racing bookmaker, 100% Australian owned & operated. Led by Michael Sullivan on Randwick Racecourse.”

Games.Guru sold for $10,000 privately, and a Russian-language games site is live. I’ve never understood having an English-language domain name, but the site itself in another language. Maybe both “games” and “guru” are terms which are known well enough across languages?

LJM.ca sold for $7,119 at ExcellentDomains.ca, and the owner is Liaquat Mian, Ljm Developments Inc. The domain is an upgrade from LJMDevelopments.ca, which is where the LLL version is currently redirected. “LJM Developments Inc (LJM)’s core focus is to invest, develop, and manage commercial and residential properties in US, and Canada. The company was founded in 2001, and has celebrated a successful history of developing bespoke architectural designs for its residential and commercial developments.”

LotterySyndicate.co.uk sold for $6,990 at Sedo, and they do what their domain indicates, saying they organize “online lottery syndicates so that you can join with other players to increase your chances of winning cash prizes on EuroMillions, Lotto and Thunderball. Rather than buying a single ticket and hoping to beat the odds to win a prize, playing with one of LotterySyndicate.co.uk’s online groups means that you benefit from having many more lines in a draw and, therefore, many more opportunities to win.

FridayMarket.com sold for $5,000 at Sedo, and a classified ads site is live, “It’s a free classifieds ads portal for expatriates in GCC.  Here you can buy & sell used goods, mobile, cars, furniture, computers, households, electronics, etc. “.

RSConnect.com sold for $4,500 at Sedo, and the owner is Paul Mcneil, Rs Fleet Installations Ltd. The company appears to have rebranded recently from RS Fleet, and both RSFleet.co.uk and the .com now redirect to RSConnect.com. “RS Connect is the go to collaborator for businesses looking to integrate telemetry into their commercial proposition or re-engineer their existing offering.”

EUGroup.com sold for $4,480 at Sedo, and an education related site is live, “EU Business School delivers the highest level of business education to the leaders and entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Barcelona, Geneva, Montreux, and Munich.

Troper.com sold for $4,368 at Sedo, and the owner is Rainer Heller, Troper Gmbh. The site promotes their business intelligence services.
