May 30 2014

Listed below are updates to the top 10 domain sales from a year ago this week, as ranked by DN Journal.

1. BoatsForSale.com for $162,500

  • Forwards to SingletonMarineGroup.com. The company has over 10 locations in four states, and does everything from buy and sell boats and other watercraft, to run marinas. “In 1988, my dad purchased an old trailer park and gas station on Highway 49 on the far southeastern side of the lake. He decided to get into the marina business for the simple fact that it had to be quicker, cheaper and easier for him to trade in his boat than to wait on repairs for his existing boat. To him, getting into the marina business presented a great opportunity. Such was the beginning of what is now Singleton Media Group“.

Some domainers strive to ever get just one sale on the DNJournal list, while others lose track of how many per week they’ve got on the list. 🙂

Hope Vegas is treating you well!

Always look forward to the weekly Top 10 Sales post.

Solid list of sales. Great to see end-user buyers putting their investments to work with developed sites.

Thanks Tory, nice to see that all but one of the names this week have at least a placeholder site live.
